The research and project institute "Gradoagroecoprom"

on behalf of "Federal Institute of the Noncommercial Property" realizes:

• Method of applications for objects of noncommercial intellectual property, their consideration, examination and issue when due hereunder patents for the invention, the useful model, a mark;
  
• Registration of agreements for according a right on inventions, the useful models, databases, and also agreements of commercial concession on use of objects of the intelligent noncommercial property guarded according to the patent legislation of the Russian Federation;
  
• The publication of cramps:
  about action, cancellation and resumption of action of a right protection in the attitude of objects of the intelligent noncommercial property, cession of rights on guarded objects of the intelligent noncommercial property;
  about the registered objects of the intelligent noncommercial property, the sent applications and the patents given on them and certificate;

  about official registration of objects of the intelligent noncommercial property;
  
• Transfers the paid patent fees and admission fees in the income of the federal budget and realizes return to payers irregular or unduly paid duties and taxes;
• Renews the patent for the invention, relating to objects of the noncommercial property which application needs receiving the sanction of the authorized organ according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, certificate (patent) for the useful model, and also restores action of the patent for the invention, the useful model, terminated in connection with non-payment when due hereunder duties on its maintenance in force;
  
• In stipulated as the legislation and international treaties of the Russian Federation events recognizes void patents for the invention, the certificate (patent) for the useful model;
  
• Realizes when due hereunder check of activity of the organizations disposing of rights of the Russian Federation on objects of the intelligent noncommercial property and results of intelligent activity;
  
• Provides in limens of the competence protection of the cramps amounting the state secret;
• When due hereunder interacts with public authorities of foreign states and international organizations in a content line of business;
• Will organize method of citizens, provides duly and complete consideration of oral and written circulations of citizens, makes on them of the solution and directs applicants answers in content the legislation of the Russian Federation time;
• Will organize professional training workers of the apparatus of Federal Institute of the Noncommercial Property, their retraining, improvement of professional skill and training;
• Realizes informational - methodical maintenance of activity of the enforcement authorities realizing law functions in sphere of the civil circulation of objects of the intelligent noncommercial property;
• Realizes other functions in a content line of business if such functions are stipulated by federal acts, normative legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation or Government of the Russian Federation'
• Explains on the questions referred to a line of business of Federal Institute of the Noncommercial Property, legal and to natural persons.
